In this age of technology, it is very difficult for the parents to keep their children refrain from being addicted to gadgets. We all know the toll it is taking on our children but we expose them to the harmful effects willingly. We don’t think about indoor activities for kids at home to engage them. Instead, we hand over them the gadgets to keep them occupied. As we all are very much aware of the side effects of radiation exposure on our children we do a little to protect them. Rather we are just allowing the technology to encroach upon our young ones’ lives.

  • Instead of spending their time in physical activities, kids spend much of their time in front of a screen- be it television, computer or mobile phone. In most cases, unhealthy snacking is associated with this screen time. It leads to child obesity and other health risks.

  • Children get radiation exposure by holding the gadgets too close to their bodies. This radiation causes cancer and other fatal health risks for our children.

    We have always seen value in actively engaging our daughter instead of reaching for technology. However, an i Cassio always show or some tablet time would happen. During isolation we have decreased our technology. We have been having some beautiful weather so lots of time outside too.
